In all the apartments the antique oak herringbone parquet has been lovingly restored and oiled with organic oil.
Our apartments are equipped with sofas, couches, cushy armchairs and writing tables to work on.
All living rooms include ergonomic seating which not only provides comfort, but also allows relaxation after a long day.
In all the bedrooms there is an ergonomic double bed and a wardrobe made to our own design.

The spa bathrooms have been fitted with a rain shower and a bench seat or with a generous bathtub.
A limited number of parking spaces can be rented on request.
An underground parking space in the immediate vicinity (160m) can be rented on request aswell.
A resident parking permit can be purchased from the municipality for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months (€30.70 for 12 months).
Many of the fabrics used in the floor cushion, poufs, pillows and curtains are in-house designs, and have been made in Italy. These include three-dimensional jacquards “Up + Downs”, metallised cotton, as well as floral, baroque or abstract patterns in double layers of fabric or dragon embroidery.
These furniture fittings and accessories are manufactured as unique items in German domestic production.
The monthly rent for 1 person includes all ancillary and utility costs, such as heating, electricity, cable TV and Internet.

Weekly cleaning can be arranged.
Well-maintained laundry facilities (Open Mon – Sat 06:00 – 24:00 / high-tech 10-minute wash) are located within 140 metres and a dry-cleaners is only 240 meters away.
