The historic structure from 1910 was retained as far as possible and completed lovingly with modern technology and comfort up to autumn 2015.

Outside, a row of filigree Asian grasses mixed with rare cutleaf bamboo surrounds the house. The ornamental pear tree is already about 6m high and will surely grow even more to form a beautiful natural sunscreen.

With a mix of high-quality design furniture, antique accessories and our own unique fabrics we wanted to create a comfortable and aesthetic climate both in the residences and in the house; by balancing old and new, traditional and modern and harmony give the residents tranquillity, wellbeing and relaxation in their surroundings.
